中国工程院院士,同济大学副校长 / Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, Vice President of Tongji University

Prof. WU Zhiqiang, Vice President of TONGJI University, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE), Academician of German National Academy of Engineering Sciences (acatech), Academician of Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA), Member of Academic Degrees Committee of State Council. He is Honorary Fellow of American Institute of Architects. His academic leadership positions include the Chief Convener of the Review Committee of Urban and Rural Planning Science under Ministry of Education, the former Chair of the Steering Committee for Urban Rural Planning Majors in China, Chair of the Federation of Asian Planning Schools and the first Co-Chair of the World Planning Schools Congress.He has served as Chief Planner of 2010 World Expo Shanghai and 2014 Qingdao World Horticultural Exhibition. Prof. WU is now the Chief Planner of the Comprehensive Urban Design of Beijing Sub-Center. He was awarded the “National Engineering Survey and Design Master” in the first batch of planning areas and also won the honorary titles of “National May 1st, Labor Medal”, “National Advanced Workers”, “National Excellent Science and Technology Workers”,“National Excellent Urban Planning Science and Technology Workers”, “Shanghai Science and Technology Elite” and “Shanghai Leading Talents”.

同济大学副校长,中国工程院院士,德国工程科学院院士,瑞典皇家工程科学院院士,美国建筑师协会荣誉院师,国务院学会委员会委员,城乡规划学科评议组第一召集人,教育部高等学校城乡规划专业教学指导分委员会主任委员,亚洲规划院校联合会主席,世界规划院校联合会首届联席主席,曾担任中国2010年上海世博会园区总规划师,北京城市副中心总体城市设计综合方案总规划师,青岛世界园艺博览会总规划师,获首批规划领域的“全国工程勘察设计大师”。先后荣获全国五一劳动奖章、“全国先进工作者”、“全国优秀科技工作者”、“全国优秀城市规划科技工作者”、“上海市科技精英”、“上海市领军人才”等荣誉称号。

Keyshot Title: AI City: Its Planning and Future Development

The origin of AI City can be traced back to the concept of “Smart City” conceived in 2008, which is,e “a city that can perceive, judge, react, and reflect as well as can learn after its reaction”. Having been refined and upgraded several times, “Smart City” concept evolved into the current functional structure of AI City. The large-scale dynamic simulation system used in Shanghai Word EXPO Park, the Mayor Decision-making Platform and the Trinal level AI City System are the early practice of AI City technologies. The New Generation AI City is now further supported by the latest database tool “City Tree”and the city simulation system “City Go” is trained on this basis, using machine learning technology. Eight most advanced city simulation tools for urban population distribution simulation, urban land use simulation, natural resource simulation, public service simulation, urban density simulation, city image simulation and industrial space simulation, respectively, are developed and will be applied to the planning and operation of the world’s first AI town.

人工智能城市的起源可追溯至2008年构思的“智慧城市”概念,即“一个能够感知、判断、反应,并且在反应后能够反思、学习的城市”,此概念经过数次细化升级,逐渐形成了智能城市的当前功能架构。吴志强院士及团队研发的世博园大规模动态模拟系统、市长决策平台、智能城市三级系统的实践案例诠释了人工智能城市技术的最早实际应用。新一代人工智能城市以最新的数据库工具“城市树”为支撑,以机器学习技术对城市模拟系统“City Go”进行训练,研发了人工智能城市规划的九大推演工具,包括城市人口推演、城市用地推演、城市密度推演、产业空间推演、城市资源推演、城市交通推演、空间形象推演、城镇群落推演、建设时序推演,并将应用于即将落地的世界上第一个人工智能小镇的规划和运营中。
