随着现代物流的发展,我国每天有接近一亿个包裹在流通,并且数量还在不断增长。巨大的数量给包裹的扫描、派送等处理环节带来了巨大的压力。本主题第一个子项目改进了快递包裹的标签设计。学生们设计了一种携带传感器的标签,以解决包裹的非正常操作问题(暴力运输等),他们以撞击感应射频识别标签为例来阐述方案。第二个子项目用电子标签取代了传统的贴纸,提高了菜鸟驿站包裹的上架和提取效率。它减少了操作步骤并通过声光信号帮助工作人员提取架子上包裹。
The rapid development of modern logistics has generated over one hundred million parcels each day in mainland China and the number is still growing. It brings great pressure to the logistic such as scanning and delivering. The first project explores the possible enhancements that can be made to current designs of parcel labels. The students present their design of the label which aims to tackle mishandling of parcels through the use of sensors. They use an impact-sensing Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) label as example to illustrate their idea. The second project takes the place of stickers with the electronic tag, which causes the shelving and retrieval of parcels at the Cainiao collection station to be more efficient since it cuts down on the number of steps needed and actively aids the worker during parcel retrieval through light and sound.
